About the Event
Grab a chance to spend a thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing and mindful day getting much of what you need for Christmas sorted.
Create Greetings Cards, Festive Willow Decorations for the Home and the Tree, and Jewellery Gifts for family and friends, fashioned by your own fair hands under expert guidance, all in one day.
A small group event where you can chat, laugh and share stories while you work.
Your amazing creations will give you a warm fuzzy feeling of accomplishment and will also impress your family and friends.
Come alone, with friends or with your child (age 8+). A lovely way to share the excitement of preparing for the festive season ahead.
Workshops will be held in our lovely indoor classroom, with hay bale tables and chairs.
Hot and cold drinks are included throughout the day, plus cookies and cakes at break times and a hot lunch.
About the workshops and teachers:
09.30-11.00 Carol White, local artist will lead the Greetings Cards Workshop
11.30-13.00 Jenny will lead the Festive Decorations Workshop using Willow and a range of materials.
14.00-16.00 Trish Turnbull will lead the Jewellery Workshop using reclaimed metals.
Numbers are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Remember - access to the farm is via Truro Avenue, Murton, SR7 9LD
Our own postcode (in most sat nav systems) directs to the wrong side of the farm where there is no vehicle access.
