Drum Circle 20th November 2021

Drumming has been practiced for thousands of years as a way to communicate and to build community.

Drumming as part of a group in a Drum Circle has been shown to have many benefits to our wellbeing.

There is no requirement to have had any previous experience of drumming or music, or indeed to own a drum, but if you have one please bring it along, as we only have a small number of drums to borrow.

Come alone, or bring a friend or family member with you. All ages welcome. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

The circle runs for an hour with a short refreshment break half way through. Hot drinks are available, included in the price. Tea, coffee (with or withour caffeine) and fresh picked herbal teas if required.
