Drum Circle & Sound Bath Journey
Feel the pulse of the earth and the rhythm of your own heart as we gather in a shared drum circle - a joyful , grounding experience that brings people together through rhythm and connection. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned drummer, you are invited to pick up a drum or percussion instrument and lose yourself in the collective beat. It's about expression, presence, and the power of community.
As the drumming ends we transition gently into a deeply restorative sound bath. Here you will be invited to lie back, close your eyes, and receive the healing vibrations of singing bowls, gong, chimes, hand pan and other therapeutic instruments. The layers of sound was over you, soothing the nervous system, quieting the mind, and inviting a profound sense of inner calm.
