About the Event

Join Jenny for a Covid-19-secure, guided walk around the farm. Jenny will introduce you to the ins and outs of foraging safely, responsibly and legally. You will meet around 20 wild plants that can be eaten, used as medicine or used in other ways.

After the walk you will receive an invitation to join the private Facebook Group for Dalton Moor Farm SOSLAW Foragers, where you have access to more learning and can share ideas, recipes and experiences.

The walk is mostly on grassy surfaces around the farm, so bring sturdy boots and dress appropriate to our changeable British weather. You are strongly advised to wear long trousers and long sleeves to protect from biting insects and thorns.

You may wish to bring your phone / camera and a notebook to record the plants.
