About the Event
Spend a relaxing 1 1/2 -2 hours with Jenny, cradled in the beauty of Nature at Dalton Moor Farm, sharing some guided mindful meditations, some poetry and some forest bathing with a small group of others.
No previous experience of mindfulness or meditation required.
You will need a yoga mat / picnic rug or similar, a cushion and a shawl or blanket.
Wear layers of clothing to adjust according to the weather conditions on the day.
Enclosed shoes are recommended as well as covered arms and legs, to avoid prickles or bites/stings from the vegetation and its inhabitants.
This session immediately precedes the Drum Circle, which is also mindful, relaxing and refreshing, so you have the option to book both events, for a fully mindful afternoon.
Important: Please Note - access to Dalton Moor Farm is via Truro Avenue, Murton.
