Vegan Lemon Churd is a delicious, cruelty-free, vegan version of Lemon Curd, without eggs or dairy. 
It is made using organic, unwaxed GMO-free lemons, purchased direct from small organic farmers (like me) in Spain and Italy.
It has a shorter shelf life (we recommend using within 2 months to enjoy the product at its best) compared to our other products so we currently only make this for specific markets or to order.
Ingredients:
Lemons (99%), Caster Sugar, Water, 
OAT drink (water, OATS, rapeseed oil, dipotassium phosphate, calcium carbonate, potassium iodide, salt, vitamins (D2, riboflavin, B12)), 
vegan butter (shea butter oil, water, coconut oil, rapeseed oil, salt, ALMOND, carrot juice, lecithin, lemon juice). Cornflour (May contain traces of NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, GLUTEN, SOYA)
Allergens: OATS, ALMOND, NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, GLUTEN, SOYA
Store in the refrigerator or cool place below 8 Celsius.
If lemon juice separates, stir or shake to restore creamy texture.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days.
