Festive Crafts at The Farm

I'm really looking forward to our Festive Craft Day on Saturday 6th November.

To begin the day we have Watercolour Christmas Card painting with the lovely Carol White, a very talented local artist from Hawthorn Village.

Next, I'll show you how to make some lovely Willow Decorations. We will make a lovely standing Reindeer, a large Star for the top of the Christmas Tree, three smaller stars to hand on the Tree or around the home or garden, and if we have time we can weave a wreath ready for decorating nearer to Christmas.

(we'll have a wreath making workshop in mid December, so look out for that on the events page).

Then we'll stop for lunch, which is included in the whole event tickets.

After lunch Trish Turnbull, a skilled and creative artist from Hexham, will teach us to make enamelled jewellery using recycled metals.

Tickets are available for the whole event, or for morning or afternoon sessions, or for individual workshops. places are limited though, so be sure to book yours soon, to avoid disappointment.
